though you might argue they're advisers, SM is still very

importance in bridging the middle east.
Class 2:
Education, Finance, Defence, Home Affairs, Foreign Affairs.

TradeInd, Health, NatDev, Manpower, Transport.
Class 4:
Law, PMO, MEWR, MCYS, MICA.
the longer the name, the lesser the importance. law is the
