If the middle class ever in sharp decline here falling to
working class level, you will see resentment in the
society...
I don't know if workfare can help. 10% of your less than 1.5k a
month monthly..even that is too much for our current government..
maybe 50% of 1.5k ayear can solve our working class bills to
pay..HDB arrears..utilty bills,,,transportation and food
There's no wealthy here even close to donating most of their assets
to charity despite the low tax compared to USA...If bill gates can
do it, why not our rich?
Let's face it sporean rich are selfish people...they only spend to
benefit their immediate family
