yes, I agree. Its more than workable.
Many have received free edication already for decades.
Many have received scholarships, donations for study even to
overseas.
There are many who donate to charities and that is why we have so
many charities with quite a lot of money.
They rich can and should donate to the poorer to provide free
edication also.
Why? The rich have used or relied on the poorer to achieve their
wealth, if you think about it - direct or indirectly.
If non-performing 'talents' paid over 100,000.00 a month can be
sacked, then each year, can provide 1.2 Million dollars just for
FREE EDUCATION.
Its very simple and at no cost to taxpayers despite whitesquad
counter attack with their loads.
