Why is sg not able to produce enough talents for the fields of
works like accounting, IT, engineering? We are not talking about
talents for Rocket science, space ships, time machines, super
computer makers, inventors.
We are only merely talking about 'talents' for normal white collar
jobs.
Even these we are lacking?
If this is China or India or USA or any other country which usually
larger than sg, I can understand, comprehend.
But this is sg, the job market is so tiny. Would anyone
disagree?
My non-understanding is , is it true that sg cannot produce enough
of these normal white collar 'talents'?
If not the education system issue, what then is it that you want me
to believe? Persuade me.
