TheGoodEarth SG I suspect qpicanto is a new car owner, maybe a young one, who has no idea what COE, OPC, DSL, PARF, ARF, etc. mean. The questions don't make sense and the first calculation is alreadi wrong.
qpicanto SG LTA should provide flexibility into this OPC scheme. More might convert (not those big car ) to OPC if the coupon system could be refined. Annual inspection to check the plate , come on these day go reservist also no need booklet already. This time of age we still rely on the colour of the plate.
