Chin Eng SG Just realised one thing, we may be talking about TWO DIFFERENT people, the names are different..... http://www.earthtimes.org/articles/show/116576.html Singapore - Four foreign banks are suing Asia-Pacific Breweries (APB) to recover 73-million-US dollars in a high-stakes legal battle, news reports said Monday. The Singapore High Court is scheduled to hear how convicted swindler Chia Tech Leng hoodwinked the banks between 1999 and 2003 to finance his high-rolling gambling habit. http://www.channelnewsasia.com/stories/singaporelocalnews/view/142870/1/.html INGAPORE : Once the second biggest casino gambler in the world, he is serving 42 years in jail for cheating banks of $117.1 million to feed his habit. Chia Teck Leng, now aged 45, is against having a casino in Singapore but says if there is to be one, Singapore needs to at least tame it. either that or one NEWS WEBSITE is LESS accurate than the other. sorry for being delusional....
Chin Eng SG So CNA and Earthtimes are BOTH RIGHT, one states 45 yrs and the other is 47 yrs, can we now average out Chia's age to be 46???? Who's discrediting you???? I just want to buy a book..... nothing can be simpler than that.... I can't get any more delusional than I am now dude..... I can't even find out Chia's age accurately.... or where to buy your book....
AndrewPKYap SG Now your delusion is becoming entertaining... try to come out of your delusion for a minute and figure out why you are wrong and both CNA and Earthtimes are correct.
AndrewPKYap SG another delusional... you asked why I picked on casino gambling and whether I was cashing in on the establishment of the IR and my post was to show you that there are differences between casino gambling and other forms of gambling. Now you want to change the subject to the harms of gambling on different categories of people.
Gazelle SG delusion? nah...just trying to cross examine what is your sole purpose in this forum. Care do share with us how different is Singapore casino gambling to other form of gambling such as a) 4D b) TOTO c) Big Sweep d) Majong / 13 cards / Black Jack / Poker e) Horse Racing f) Football betting g) Online gambling
AndrewPKYap SG Short answer? It is continuous gambling (online gambling can also be continuous but it does not have the same atmosphere and lure or credibility/security/trust) Mahjong/Poker has some skill involved. The rest are not continuous in the same way as casino gambling is and the odds are too great to lure people to gamble (other than delusional people )
Chin Eng SG why don't you be a kind soul and explain to delusional person why both CNA and Earthtimes are correct when they reported different information.... of course it is entirely possible that you also don't have an explanation and continue to attempt to hide behind your own brand of wisdom.
AndrewPKYap SG U still don't get it? Give up lah, Mr Chin Eng, when I am wrong I admit openly that I am wrong... don't keep trying to discredit me, it only makes you look more and more delusional.
Chin Eng SG you are right and I am wrong, and I know where I have gone wrong. The posting date of the CNA article which was really in 2005. and I openly admit that I am wrong nonetheless, my real question is: where to buy your book hah?
reddressman SG Gazelle, can you show us the way? Which person singapore shall be , eventually, be the 1st in sg casino history , to be the undisputed 1st woman to strip for money due to losses in the casino?
AndrewPKYap SG as expected, the lawyer tried to blame the banks...Bank was too eager to extend 'carrot', says lawyer Leong Wee Keat [email protected] WAS the bank eyeing fixed deposits worth "hundred millions of dollars" that it missed a red flag from the start? . Asia Pacific Breweries Singapore (APBS) lawyer, Senior Counsel Davinder Singh, suggested in court yesterday that the North-European Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) was eyeing the brewery's fixed deposits when it extended "urgent" credit lines requested by former finance manager Chia Teck Leng.If the company that works with him day in and day out does not suspect he is up to something, why should the banks?
reddressman SG by voicing in forum, its an ACTION already. Your statement does not hold water. Like it or not, its universal undisputable holy truth that THERE will be a 1st Woman casualty because of money problem and casino. Can you dispute this?
