Yes you're right;

.. either stay & get leeched of all your hard earned monies
... or leave & get alienated & marginalized...

choices are all OURS...

I think opt for choice 2 - at least I can cope...
being leeched by gov that creates its own "laws"... I can't cope.. not even tahan...

Gazelle SG

Dont try to be a NATO hero lah... Laughing

HyperFocal SG

On further thoughts;
- if no one's perfect, & the gov can't please everybody.. why control everyone's money & lives?

Since they aren't even trying to be perfect, & they CANNOT please everyone, then DON'T be the government!

Give up the position to those who WILL REALLY try... look after the people, not their own pockets!!!

de_middle SG

no use complaining, honestly.....when is the next GE Laughing

Honestly speaking, I fully agree that SDP committed political suicide thanks to CSJ. His antics don't help to give opposition parties here any credit. His desire to be a martyr makes him a political suicide bomber.

Current opposition parties would do well to steer clear of him and his intentions. While what he desires for Singapore is a good thing, common sense dictates his means are foolish. The ends does not necessarily justify the means.
