No it doesn't, because runny nose, or rhinorrhea is a symptom,
not a disease. There's no way to cure a symptom without treating
the disease.
Also, WBCs do kill viruses, bacteria and pther pathogens through
phagocytosis. Medication simply speeds that up. Anti-virals work in
various ways while anti-biotics typically work through inhibiting
translation in bacterial cells.
