Suharto during the last reign of his rule also Bob Hasan,
Chinese Indonesian trader as a MITA but the person is a crony of
Suharto. When the students
started to protest, Suahrto still said need until some years before
refrom can take place. As a result of pressure from foreign n
domestic, he succumbed.
He tried to get General Wiranto, Indonesian CDF to crush the riot
but General Wiranto refused to do it.
