my 2 cents worth of thought, that complainant doesn't make any
sense at all, in his post, in my humble opinion, if that restaurant
is packed with people, it would either means that, it is still a
relatively new restaurant, or it has an established
reputation............
So it is his sister unfortunate LUCK that, that dinner event has to
be turn out to be a bad day for her and her friends, and to put it,
simply, it is in the blood of all singaporean that we complain all
the time, about everything.
Nevertheless,the complainant's mentality, is what usually known as,
customer is king.........
there is this newspaper article that has been published in the new
paper, it is about, customer service. I am not sure whether have
you read about it, but what i read in your post, and i am, now
mentioning this to you, TS, you are being critical about that
complainant command in english, and you fail to see that you have
short form in your sentence, and some of your sentence, doesn't
make any sense to me at all, so next time, if you ever want to
laugh or mock or point your fingers at others, do note that, three
fingers will be pointing back at you at the same time.
this is what i call - self reflection.
