One has to be realistic that this is unprecedented and there are many people who are still fearful to participate in this silent protest. There are many whom...

The best would be a right balance of views from both sides of the coin.

Similarly, I will not trust crap news outlets like Fox News, as they are too pro-Bush as well.

Poh Ah Pak SG

I don’t bother with Singapore mainstream propaganda media, just go online for news.

qlqq9 SG

Great, I can foresee many foreign media (press and TV news) will talk about the protest on 8 sept. Let the world see it, let them know we are so oppressed by the ruling party.

Poh Ah Pak SG

Too bad Chee Soon Juan in jail.

He might be at centrepoint.

He miss his chance liao.

qlqq9 SG

I have not read Fox news. The people in the mass media is supposed to report on facts and not bias in their reporting. In our local news, we read and watch a lot of bias reports.

ndmmxiaomayi SG

Near his house got use? He won't give a hoot, he knows our police force is efficient, at least, when it comes to such things.

It's more of the crowd there. Centrepoint is a major shopping centre. And lots of foreigners there too.

Politics or other reasons - I guess we know the answers.

qlqq9 SG

I ever saw him in Centrepoint before.

LazerLordz SG

If you have a chance, watch Fox News on cable. Their views are very slanted and pro-Republican.

Apparently, CNA carries their feed during the US elections.

Every paper has an agenda, that's why, we should read as many angles as we can, to get the fairest idea of what the heck is going on.

qlqq9 SG

Thanks. CNA is bias so they are supporting other TV news who works the same way as them.

qlqq9 SG

Be prepared to appear on TV news if you are going to be there. If you are interviewed on why you are there what would you say?

Fingolfin_Noldor SG

Of course CNA would run their feed. The PAP's policies are pretty similar to Republitard nonsense.

Poh Ah Pak SG

I have a business idea!

Why don't the shops at centrepoint sell black t-shirts, 3 for $10?

Those not wearing black in centre-point can quickly change in toilet.

Jontst78 SG

I have thought of that, just one of many scenarios Razz

Reporter:"Excuse me Sir, you are wearing black, is there a particular reason?"

Me: "Should I have a reason to wear black?"

Reporter:"We heard of a protest going on about wearing black here at this time"

Me : "Oh there is a protest? Cool, perhaps I'll go check the local online communities on what its about"

Laughing

qlqq9 SG

Giving them no chance to probe further.

Daddy!! SG

Nevermind, we still have Andrew Yap who will wear a black t-shirt to attend the protest.

Jontst78 SG

kramnave SG

Actually tomorrow at suntec..amongst others got career fair, food fair, games fair....go there more fun...consider change venue man...catch them unawares Laughing

Poh Ah Pak SG

Wear black, but beware of ang chia and agent provocateurs and plains-clothes police.

qlqq9 SG

Thank you so much for the poster. Hope we get to see many foreign media in Centrepoint at 4 pm tomorrow. We need them to write facts about what is happening in our island that is going to affect us.

Poh Ah Pak SG

I'm tired of the Singapore mainstream media as a whole for their retarded "journalism" and also of PAP's regime pro-USA, pro-Israel drivel.

Nothing but brain-dead propaganda.
