the price increases for all income groups were taxi
fares, cooked
food, holiday
travel, accomodation, school and tuition fees as well as
hospitalisation costs.
These were partially offset by lower electricity tariffs, car
prices, domestic refuse removal fees, and
cheaper
petrol.

If do not learn from me at least learn from others, you can hardly
improve if you continue to decline to learn anything from others,
and will always remain at the bottom.
Should we guess that you will find this as the best place to be -
at the bottom, where you will prefer to have the
opportunity to sniff at others - especially when no one knows that
you are searching for the whiff.
