ERP implemented so many years already.
What is its intended purpose?
Does it solve the traffic congestion problem?
I have been seeing a lot traffic congestion on most
Expressways.
What has ERP really done?
Lets assume that ERP worked.
If so, why need to extend the coverage? like this less congestion,
Again!?
1 thing for sure, it means more tarrif on the road users.
This is great is it not? Singapore more and more rich. 
Can I then say that ERP is to tax you for using the road. Its
arguable to say it solves the traffic congestion problem.
Personally, honestly, I swear to gawd, I cannot see ERP making
roads less congested. There is congestion everyday and almost at
every hour of the day from 8am to 10pm. From 3-4 maybe certain
expressways less traffic. But generally, its very congested.
I also suspect some traffic lights need their timing circuit
checked and repaired if needed. I mean if the timing is gone
cookoo, then the light can turn on red faster than before. correct
boh? maybe like this is no mischief lah, just by accident only lah.
