Hi,
Singapore, regardless of how super tokong the calibre we
have,
might never have become what it is today, all the happenings that
you see, all the policies and rules, without the COOPERATION of the
PEOPLE.
In a democracy, people have a say every election to decide whether
to overthrow the gov by way of vote.
And they did. Those who were lucky to get to vote. They kept them
in power in each and every single one of the big E's.
all the policies implemented never faced any major
opposition.
now, how could this have ever been possible without the COOPERATION
of the PEOPLE?
So, the KEY in the sgp 'SUCCESS' lies in the COOPERATIVE
PEOPLE.
Its not that they do not have democratic power. ITs simply, they
ALLOW things to carried out they way they are carried out by not
opposing.
Recently, annuity is said to be compulsory. I am not sure any other
country would be able to pass this thru without oppositional
resistance.
Name me 1 country that can do this. See how efficient!?!
So, we must never forget that singapore owes its 'success' to the
People who COOPERATED for more than 4 decades, in a row, everyday,
24x7, from dawn to dusk. day in day out, without fail.
Thus, I congratulate every singapore Residents. Lets Majulah
towards a nation of 87 year olds retiring happily and receiving the
final installment of their own hardearnd cpf money, with tears of
happiness in their eyes.
They know they deserve it. They asked for it and they got what they asked for. I
mean, they asked for excellent world class solution from world
record holders and true enough they got they solution they wanted.
For having COOPERATED without fail, loyally, they get what they
asked for. Some new solutions will only be
announced later after studying how other countries do it. Then we
do it. See see do do lor. So smart.
Majulah!!!
