I am not an auditor / accountant / law / business person to know if
this is possible.
Can auditors blow the whistle ? Is this not possible because they
signed some agreements?
Based on enron and other cases, auditors collude with their clients
to make up stories.
If there is monetary reward and immunity given to whistle blowers,
I am sure more corruption and irregularities can be dug out.
Like this, singapore can become a cleaner place and attract more
investments.
so, anyone got the answer?
