Dunno leh, maybe Gazelle decide to pwn himself for everyone to
see?
For some reason he does not seem to realize that his feeble
attempts to tack a label on his opponents will fail for the simple
reason they can indeed deny that label, but he is unable to deny
his own underwear sniffing label for the very reason he has
incriminated himself.
In a war of labels, Gazelle will simply lose by default. The thing
is, labels only work if they strike a chord. Attempting to call
everybody a whining bird is simply too general and appeals more to
his personal opinion then the shared context of the majority, hence
it is largely ineffective.
However when the underwear mishaps of Gazelle are brought up, the
stories of his desperate actions and thoughts in the bathroom told
by his own hand are used against him, they are extremely
effective.
Note the difference in response between whining birds, which most
people just shrug at, and sniffing Gazelle, which invokes strong
reaction and parody, and does not get old at all.
Unless Gazelle finds a label that can truly stick, he will be
forced to switch from label to label in a fruitless search to find
some real ammunition to respond with. Previously it was tame cats,
now it was whining birds... but none of them really managed to have
an effect at all.
On the other hand, the underwear sniffing has been quite damaging
to his credibility in every thread he has attempted to degenerate
into a contest of labels.
Unfortunately, the art of using labels is actually quite technical
and requires skill... it goes beyond finding whatever that appeals
to you and shouting it the loudest. This is why the responses of
Gazelle and Mat Toro are becoming increasingly feeble while their
opponents are finding better and better tacks on them.
