Penal Code Sec 377A: act of 'gross indecency' between 2 males in
public and private.......
Outrages on decency.
377A. Any male person who, in public or private, commits, or abets
the commission of, or procures or attempts to procure the
commission by any male person of, any act of gross indecency with
another male person, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term
which may extend to 2 years.
For example : 2 males masterbating each other in a park.......or in
their flat with windows opened so that you can see them in
action......
If we don't have this law, 2 men can kiss, touch each other's balls
or just rub each other in front of you..........and you lan lan
cannot do anything about it!
And our Tanjong Pagar MP says this is OK!
