I'm guessing 2 things here, 1 the DNS caching c.ockup already
thats why must click twice or click once and press enter then only
the page will appear.
Second I suspect the hardisk on the machine is mirrored maybe a in
RAID5+hotspare config and one of the disk failed so hotspare disk
kicks in and tries to rebuild from the parity disk while the system
is live thats why so slow and lagging.
