Look at it this way, weren't you lucky the Malaysian lady
recruited you instead of accepting another Malaysian?
Aren't you happy that ALL the operators were foreigners and no
local singaporeans need to work as operators? under you?
Aren't you glad that it was Foreigners who are security guards,
toilet cleaners, and not Singaporean?
If your boss is a Singapore, and the rest under you all foreigners,
don't you feel proud Singaporean are in control, or you need to see
yourself controlling Singaporean operators, Singaporean toilet
cleaners, Singaporean security guards, then you are happy, not
sick? 
Is the house you live in your own house, never mind about the
people outside. Just make sure that your father would not employ a
philippino or indonesian maid in the house, or your brother would
not marry a malaysian lady, then the foreigners would be right
inside your house, what are you going to do?
Looking at your situation, if you feel sick of foreigners, it is
your mindset problem. If you were to work in an MNC, and you find
that you are the lowest pay, the lowest rank, the rest all expats
from US or Uk, then you can start complaining.
