fymk SG Got more benefits . Answered your question Second one - Debt - my debt is manageable with insurance to cover income loss ( aka income insurance - which is part of my employment package) and disability if I cannot work. Where the heck in Singapore can you find that? That is why I aim to pay off my mortgage asap- about 80k to go - that would be less than the price a new audi in Singapore. My debt in total is about 80k...actually 75k now at 7.9% interest rate or so for a person who owns a property before 30 years of age . And oh ya my insurance is 250k for total disability (employment coverage so I pay nothing) and my income protection (I pay nothing) ensure that if I cannot work - I get 3k to survive per month. So if anything happens to me in health and physical ability (not inclusive of suicide as with all insurance clauses)- I still got money to survive and no debt. Comprende?
soul_rage SG its all a relative sense. Relative to you, all of us here are talents. At least we don't brag to the world like you did: - smelling a woman's panties - inform people how good your friend's bj is - fantasizing about a TCS star
Gazelle SG soul_rage, a) just because you dont have an exciting sex life that doesnt mean that others cant. b) I like they way you describe yourself about the round table meeting with all the top notch talents...hahaha...I really hope you were just joking. c) Just by reading what you have posted and your attempts to tell people how smart your are and your upper class status, I am dont think I can be that wrong to label you as a wannabe.
soul_rage SG hahaha you are so funny. I never did reveal my sex life. You were the one who is so perverted to let everyone know you smell a gal's panties by the way, elites learn. Idiots don't Your grammar and spelling are still as bad as ever. Do us and your wife a favour won't you, go for primary school english classes. I am very confident they will help you build up your confidence.
Gazelle SG fymk, honestly i am very impressed by your low level of debt considering that you are the sole owner of your city apartment and you have been living in australia only for the past 5 to 6 years (and mostly as a student) Care to share how you acheive that?
CannotTahan SG i am a believer, like bedekan, that things in life is never an absolute. BUT for some of the forumers who are self-employed and making monies from local economy, then i dare say with 80% confidence tat australia is a better place. nope. should be "much much better place".
fymk SG ROFL wanna pick a fault with me? ..I have been working full time - study is only a part time thing now. Yes I have been working and studying since I was 15 but only after 21 years old , working became the focal point than study. I migrated as a worker to Australia rather than a student. So money I saved have been invested by wise parents, and became a nice nest egg after a while to put a deposit down . Got in at the right time in Australia. I already did my share of overclocking my shifts to push my mortgage down - one of my colleagues earnt 90k in a year for taking on shift work upon shiftwork. Nursing is good for earning extra dough. So my money and my property is my own hard earnt money since I was 15 years old. Any problem with that?
Jontst78 SG hmm, I just felt a very strong urge to call up the migration consultant and take him up on his offer…
CannotTahan SG fymk, you will do well, from your spirit and conviction. btw, best and safer for women to be pregnant b4 30 . have nice family life, stay together and try not to divorce ( a real fashion nowadays). then, whether in sg or aus, all does not matter.
fymk SG I don't care for being married. My priority is earning enough money and enjoy my work so that my parents will be comfortable and I will be happy. Mortgages last longer than marriages nowadays.
fymk SG Be careful of some migration consultants in Singapore. Know of friends who didn't take my advice after I advised them against the consultant's advice, they got burnt. My own relative too proud to ask me , got burnt as well.
Jontst78 SG Yeah, heard alot of bad press about consultants. The one I went to seemed alright. Guranteed refund of 50% agent fees if application got rejected. Haven't paid anything yet tho, just went for a free seminar and a free initial consultation.
fymk SG easiest way is to take a look at the migration forms - if you are entering with a skill in demand- you don't need an agent. You just pay ur 2k for application fee. I came to Australia by filling my own forms and I got permanent residency faster than my relative. Trick is to follow up on ur own application yourself.
CannotTahan SG i know many ang mohs. most of them are either singles or divorced. you will earn enough money, lots of it. your parents, like mine, will most likely gone before our time is up. then i feel, being single and at the same time money is not a problem anymore, is too lonely.
walesa SG I'm amazed if you'd even set foot outside these shores given your myopic and woefully wrong assumptions that plague your entire statement. What ever made you think I reside in Australia to begin with? Your linguistic ability is nothing short of shocking. Are you sure you even know what you're talking about? Social welfare is non-existent and a "mythical" free public healthcare? Walk into any NHS healthcare facilities in Britain and you see if there's anyone worried about the cost of treatment - contrast that with Singapore's paid third-rate public healthcare. So I trust you'd rather have a paid healthcare whose services you'd never get to utilise if you couldn't afford them than one which provides free medical care of reasonable quality? Most public schools are crap? Which planet are you from? Given your delusional drivel (yes, public schools are crap, yet they have been able to produce so many prominent leaders and figures in the public and commercial world), it is indeed a miracle if you've done so much as setting foot on a plane, much less having been to "western" countries.
CannotTahan SG if public schools are so good, why so many ang mohs are so desperate to buy expensive homes near central london so that their children can get into some few and precious primary schools? so try to argue your way through. you lose already.
CannotTahan SG btw are you living near hype park? london is so polluted that it is worst. and you receive aid money from EU every year. shame one you! so shut up pls. think it is still imperial british time?
walesa SG You can't fault him for that - he belongs to a lost generation raised on a diet of excessive fascist propaganda which streamlines his thoughts in a pre-determined, socially conditioned manner. In case you haven't realised, you may wish to note that those sycophants brainwashed by this fascist regime also have a knack of making overtly fallacious assumptions which hold are as credible as this regime's propaganda mouthpieces... If you need a living proof of what becomes of one who has been fed on "news" from a press that is consistently ranked in the bottom third on any press freedom indexes, you've got one here.
fymk SG It is like Singaporean parents buying properties near RGPS, MGS or ACS so that their children can qualify to get in. So are the other public schools in Singapore bad then? So try to argue this. If I am a parent , I can afford to move to an expensive area so that my children can be in a good school - why the heck not? Most parents will do anything to give their children a headstart in life. This is regardless of where you are.
t_a_s SG fymk, u mean consultants no good? normally how much they charge?, fymk, if a person is 48 years old, can he migrate?
