Well, it's would be a sad reality if there's no qouta imposed by
the Ministry. Ultimately, this is Singapore, our homeland. If we
can't be assured of a job in our own competitive market, then what
makes us different from those foreigners skipping their countries
to vie for a better life here? Little wonder Singaporeans are
leaving..... 
In the future, I wonder how our young Singaporeans would cope when
they venture out to the working world and realise that they may not
be given a probability to get a job in Singapore. A young graduate
without any job experience would face adverse competitions not only
with themselves but also people of other nations...
Though it's sad to say this, I guess, I put my patriotism at the
wrong country...
