Crime rate on the rise in a country does not speak well of the local govt. Can understand if the economy is doing badly the crime rate goes up, but over here in Singapore the govt keep telling us that the economy is doing well.

So what are they going to do to bring the crime rate down? Or are they too busy in $$$ making and no time to do something? $$$ makes the g _ _ t goes round!
