Well, they did mention that its on the error of the court clerk,
which could be any of us here.
Though we do not know if it IS really on the fault of the clerk,
its hard to say something like "What if someone in ah gong's family
got fined $3k extra for their family fines", cause we all know that
will never happen.
The fact is that we deal with the elites differently from the
common people, cause we regard them as brighter, smarter, or even
superior from us.
I think there's a host of other problems behind this simple
error..
