will carry out orders without too many instructions or having to
explain things over as these people are telepathic or
clairvoyant.
With others there will be accountability or rationale too
troublesome for out-of-ordinary instructions under ISA. That is why
we are so short of such talents and these talents will be corrupted
unless they are paid by the millions.
