Singapore Is No Role Model

rane SG

u naive or wat?!!! Rolling Eyes WP is the rival of PAP, you think PAP is so kind to help!!! For eg, in TAiwan, you think DPP will help KMT? Oh please, wake up!!! Look at the scene at parliament when Mr Low was talking about the salary increment of the gahmen (he was just stating points/facts), old Lee was so fierce and fast in reacting to Mr Low. So you think PAP will help WP??? so naive, hope you were not born yesterday!! In politics, if you are the opposition, the ruling party will not render any help to the opposition even if the opposition were to assume power one day!!!

Tell me where and when in history an opposition was helped by their rival?

oops i was stating some wrong facts for my previous post. I've said wrongly, but if PAP were to fall, and SDP rule Singapore, it will just kick out any oppositions and most likely STOP any GE. i'll say PAP fall, but WP to fight with SDP then WP goes up.

People aren't that lacking in intelligence regardless of their education level, unless they are absolute retards.

If one bothers to explain to them in simple terms what is happening, they will either understand or stuff their head into the ground. If they do the latter, than they will get what is coming.

Perhaps it can be put in simpler terms: You treat your employees like dirt in public, let's see if anyone still comes to your shop thereafter.

Hey hey, just so you don't know, the economy in Taiwan is largely driven by the private sector, not the public sector.

In many ways, the Taiwanese are more capable than us. We have to let thugs lead the way! Laughing They don't need their leaders. They will go make money for themselves!

BusSpeeder SG

Ok then, I have one last question to ask you. Most of us here are not supportive of PAP, which opposition party do you support then? By the way you are saying it, it seems that you support SDP and not other parties.

Fingolfin_Noldor SG

I will support any party that brings reforms to parliament or at least promises.

However given that the methodology of debate the PAP Indulges in, which is as pathetic as a bar fight, I don't think anyone is capable of doing anything at the moment.

It will do the WP and other other parties to raise awareness somehow, although the ST, as usual, does not accord them any press time at all.

Ironically, Channelnewsasia has some interesting video clips of parliament debates and the lame responses our esteemed ministers give, if anyone bothers to watch them.

But... ultimately, it will be up to the people to want change.... parties or not.

I guess you really have not spent any time over here other , have you.

No Taiwanese is ashamed of the rights they fought to achieve and get out from under the KMTs rule. The Chinese from - PRC, HK, Macao, Malaysia and Singapore!! Shocked Shocked !! Most of you are under one party rule and the Malaysians are second class citizens in their own country!! Go laugh out loud!!

What rights have you fought and achieved?? you also have only one party ruling the country, but within one party you also have "shi da tian wang" who take turn to run the country.....all are having fun, we are having a good laugh no doubt. Laughing

It will never happen that SDP will win election!!
