If someone practises favoritisms in promotions of the people he
likes or favours, what will happen to that organization?
Is it not worse than corruption to do so?
We have seen what has happened in the NKF episode, have'nt
we?
The consequence is obvious, is it?
Are our ministers following such a good practice in exercising
objectivity and level-playing field in using their powers to
promote their staff in their respective ministry or
department.
Will they quietly manuerving behind the scene so as to promote
their own connections without going through the same high standards
practised by successful MNCs or Fortune 500 companies?
