MP & ministers everyday kena whack by business co terrok
terrok. We all see already also pity our mp & ministers.
That why no choice, glc co also kena force go employ more
foreigners, dont say pte co.
Blame who? After gov do serious investigate few yrs, they shock
because is sg people dont want work, our sg attitude is no high pay
no work! No 5 day week, dont work. Must o/t, dont work.
Foreign talents they nice workers, call them do more works also ok.
Everytime like do o/t. Never argue managers. Never complain pay too
low. Co make money, they happy. Co lose money, they sad. Always
loyal the co & managers & support gov policy & not
break law.
My mp say is right: when our sg people can start learn from all the
foreign talent?
As we have seen in the selective comparison by the ministers in
many recent policies, many policies will be presented in one-sided
manner to suit their convenience and short-cut solutions.
Instead of motivating citizens in practical knowledge applications
and facilitating their new business or technology start-ups they
would put up simplistic arguments, like if there are no foreigners
or foreign investments there will be no hope and everything will
collapse.
After the way ministers went about benchmarking their own salaries
to increase their own pays while conveniently forgetting about
their citizens' suffering from unemployments and rising costs of
living caused by their own policies it is even more difficult for
the citizens to believe in everything said of the local who have
been described as lazy and lacking skills or bad and everything
said of the foreign workers which will always be good.
This is a phenomenon known as self-centredness or selective
comparison.
People can only take what the MOM or government said about job
creations by the foreign companies and foreigners with a pinch of
salt.
Many employers are taking the opportunity to take in half-baked
foreign workers who are here only to learn skills and understudy
our more talented and able workers. The moment these foreign
workers have learned the rope, the employers will replace the
locals to save a few dollars.
Do not tell citizens only half facts and ignore abuses as a result
of over-liberal policy to employ foreigners.
The government must be seen to be fair and able to take care of
citizens and prepared to check on abuses by employers before
opening the doors wider otherwise there will be vulcano
eruption.
