Their minimum requirement is that the driver must have 1 year of
driving experience. Can always call them or check their
websites.
However, heard that some companies actually charge a higher rental
rates and deposit if they rent the car to p-plate.
Lastly, came across some offers on car rental by individual on
yahoo auction sites. But dont think they will give you any support
or assistance if the car break down...
