CSJ predicted correctly that LEES ARE afraid appear in open
court and crossed exam by him!

CSJ set the stage and wrote the scripts and let LEES NO NEED
appear in the witness box.

2.Why? CSJ or his learned lawyer mr ravi,simply did not
file defence on time.pl ask them why they did not--
either not concentrated as mr james gomez or did
it on purposes.

3.As in US and UK,when there is no defence,summary judgement
is the most proper way.

4.what if there is defence??Then there is a chance that there wil be a open hearing and CSJ can x exam two LEES.

5.CSJ and his mr ravi voluntary give up this right
of open hearing.Opposition party should fight smart
and not using dirty tatics to black name LEES.

6.Now ,CSJ can speak loud and clear:
PAP deprives his rights of opening hearing etc

9.CSJ called for ''peacful assemblies'',but sometimes called for''peaceful protests'',
in order sporean "actively participating in the political process" .

He calls for outdoor assembly and want people becomes martyr,
but without telling people that the application of assembly
had been rejected by police.

10.He dunt trust the ballots system,just think mass assembly can
change the political system.He better review the history of Phillippines,
Indonesia to see if the lifes of general public is better or worse.

What about change through the ballot box? Without a free media, an independent election commission, and political freedoms it is foolish to rely exclusively on the voting process for political change. You just don't vote out a dictatorship.

Singaporean activist Mr Seelan Pillai has been arrested. The SDP can confirm that Mr Pillai, who started the 400 frowns campaign to counter the Government's 4 million smiles project, is now under custody at the Clementi Police Station.

police said 3 men voluntaily went to Clementi Police station
to give statement and left in the morning of 14.09.2006.
Polce said they had not been arrested.

SDP chief Chee Soon Juan addresses crowd at Speakers' Corner

SINGAPORE : Singapore Democratic Party (SDP) chief Chee Soon Juan and his supporters turned up at the Speakers' Corner for a planned march on Saturday.

Dr Chee addressed the crowd at Hong Lim Park and asked them to join him in a march to the Parliament House.

He walked to the junction of North Canal Road and South Bridge Road where he was advised by the police not to proceed with the march as outdoor demonstrations were not allowed.

Dr Chee and his supporters had been standing at the junction since Saturday morning.

The incident attracted the attention of passers-by and the media.

Police said they are investigating the matter.

They added that Dr Chee was still at the Speakers' Corner at 10.15pm, accompanied by his group of associates with a crowd of 20 bystanders.

As for the opposition, we do our supporters a disservice if we keep telling them that the opposition will make headway just by taking part in the nine days of elections once every five years without insisting on changes to the system.

Mr Lee Kuan Yew and his family members may not be siphoning public funds into their private accounts. Do they need to given the family's unassailable control of all things economic and political in the country?.....

One suspects that in a similar manner, the international community is diffident in claiming outright that Singapore's leaders are corrupt. It is mendacious, however, to say they are not.....
