Pres Ong Teng Cheong would deserve a 3M $ salary because he dared to question the Government about the reserves and demanded to see the books.

Of course in doing his duty, he got into trouble with ministers and the boss. In the end Pres Ong had no choice but quit.

So, now maybe 3M$ salary would get us a less troublesome president perhaps?

We should have someone run for president next time.

Then say, "Oh hey, the PAP pays me too good, and I'm a so and so. Elect me! I'm talent!"

And oh by the way, if the PAP starts saying crap about service, ask them if indeed this is public service, why is the PAP profiting from it at OUR expense.

Hey, I got incredible news.

The president has been practicing calligraphy for the past 16 months for the community chest 2007 project.

Now thats tax money well spent on his S$2.5m annual salary.

His masterpiece will be auctioned off to raise money for 350,000 disadvantaged Singaporeans( Government has no budget for charity?).
