Belle then asked casually "Mummy, why do you have to remove your shoes?" Whilst putting on my boots, I replied her and said that "they (the security officers) are afraid that we might keep bombs in our shoes (which is why I need to take it off to have it scanned)"

Immediately, a security officer standing at the conveyor belt (Stephen S Naidira) who was standing in front of me said with a very rude tone "repeat what you just said". I clarified with him what he meant - is it for me to repeat what I had told my daughter? He said loudly again, to repeat what I had just said.

So I did exactly what he told me. I said to him that "my daughter asked me why I need to take off my shoes, and I told her that you guys (the security officers) are afraid that we will keep bombs in our shoes." He immediately asked me to stand aside and said that he had to report it to his superior that I said the word "bomb" twice.

If one day, you damn hungry so you go down to a coffeeshop to have ur dinner. You bought your food, sat down on 1 table and started eating.
Halfway thru your meal, some chao ah beng come over and told you to change table in a rude manner. So inorder not to waste time dealing with this problem and because you are damn hungry, u say sorry to them and change your table. After you finish your dinner, you go back to your house and decide to write a letter to the MPs telling him/her there's some ah beng loiting around the coffeeshop.
At that point of time, you can't do anithing either because they are chao ah beng and have a metal rod on their hand. Even if you confront them, you also lppl. So why not swallow ur pride for once. No point let those rude people ruin your dinner.

and i really understand that, there are rude people in this dot on the map, and its not worth it at all, to argue with them, since they are rude, so will they listen to reason at all, for this, i really don't know,

and if someone is rude to me, i will argue back and make sure he pays for it,but there are times, really have to depends on the situation, can settle the problem on the spot, but i like to highlight to you is, no point arguing with a security officer, because they will think they are right,and insist on the point, you mention on the word - bomb, this will become a never ending story

i am not enough banging myself at the wall or the table, this is the way, i type my post, and i am crude and blunt

i don't give a damn to that lady at all, she could think of better words to explain to her children but she didn't and the security officer escalate the matter due to the fact that she argue and furthermore, if she didn't use the word - bomb, none of this will happen at all, and now all children cries, blah blah, flight delay, journey ruins, eventually she is at the losing end,

all this could have prevented, if she was tactful enough not to mention the word - bomb

so what is your point? again?

in the first place, i already mention numerous times, haiz, again another fellow never read my post

look dude, if this happen to me, and i let slip of the bomb, and so happen if the security officer was to question me about why i mention the word - bomb, i will regain my composure and apologise, SO THAT I COULD CARRY ON WITH MY JOURNEY, WHEN I GET BACK FROM SINGAPORE, I WILL SCREW THEM INSIDE OUT, UPSIDE DOWN, AND DEMAND AN EXPLANATION!!!!!!!!

none of this will happen at all, if she was tactful enough not to mention the word - BOMB, and could have apologise and carry on with the journey and till she gets back from the journey, then head to the office and demand an explanation

Given the attitude of the officer, even if she’d used the term ‘dangerous item’, he’d still jump on her. I agree he was unreasonable.
