With dual citizenship, we also have to deal with the aspect of
dual benefits while contributing to only one country.
MY can be dealt with by an exclusion clause, e.g. dual citizenship
avalilable to all nationals except ..... then we will have another
bilateral gripe.
Indonesians, of course, will be welcomed, and there another sore
point.
