i don't think free education would work. but i do think the
education should be revamped.
either integrate the 2 years in JC into secondary school, extending
the entire basic education period to 12 years for all students, or
scrap JC altogether and have all students go through poly,
extending it into a 4 year course instead.
rather than have 4 polys competing with each other in the same
subjects, have the different polys each specialise in a specific
field, have them all fall under a single umbrella, such that they
work as 4 seperate faculties rather than 4 seperate schools.
split the subjects into compulsory (major), compulsory (minor), and
electives (major and minor).
