u can register under someone else's name, but if ur listed as
one of the drivers, or main driver, its still gonna be expensive.
besides, there is also nothing to stop whoever u register under to
make a claim to the car when u decide to sell it later. in ur case,
i believe i would also reg under my own name. go talk to
frens/relatives who own cars for further advice.
at 23, i would not think about owning a car.. esp not a
honda.. bad rep with the insurers lol. then again... becoz of ur
age.. most other cars would cost about the same. just grin and bear
it ba.
