They appear to be building a new viaduct at the Mount Alvernia
Hospi, linking the current overhead viaduct. But at the interface,
it would seem to be converging traffic from the main road, side
filter from teh reservoir and the new adjoining viaduct...which
means another JAM is being subtly created by INADEQUATE planning,
which in turns mean another potential ERP GANTRY will be placed =
another bumper collection for the govt.
Where's the deep planning into this? Not only is money the main
motivator to join the civil service, money collection is now the
sole solution to solve any and all problems?
Have we become another 'money talks' govt, without the intellectual
capacity to re-invent new ideas?
