agreed that it is always difficult to compete with brand new
airports, but if this is the case, every year there is brand new
airports around the world, thus new airports cannot hold title for
long.
Thus this reason cannot be the excuse as Changi hold many titles
for many years, it takes both management and physical appearance to
top the charts, thus i feel age has cuaght up with Changi and
something should be done to her, not just cosmetic "up grading" or
"refurbishing" but a metamohosis of some kind to bring it ten years
ahead of the competition again.
Hope the new Minister for transport, LTA and CAAS can take up this
challenge.
