i believe that society today should not accept vulgarities. im
speaking in the context of Singapore. our ministers have always
stressed that we should be polite, courteous..blah blah...and
hence, by using these vulgarities, it would destroy the image of
Singapore to the tourists, which is a big deal, since tourism is
the main source of revenue for the country.
Of course, it wouldn't be 'classy' to use vulgarities on people. In
fact, LKY wanted a 1st class Singaporeans (or sth liddat) rite?
'Classy' Singaporeans wouldnt use vulgarities, they would use cheem
phrases to criticise u, like "He is comparable to a mouse trapped
in a cage with a python. Pathetic."
heh.but still, i must agree, it is already construed that
vulgarities are part of our daily lives. whatever to be said here
wont make much of a diff..=|
