today we read how 2 men were paid obscene amount of money after the financial institution they worked in made profit…..3/4 of their pay are in form of bonuses!! astounding, i am wondering if the other employees receive the same proportionate bonuses….surely these couple of folks alone are not responsible for the performance of the organisation…so will we see the pm’s wages benchmarked against theirs too?? greed is the bane of this society….same crap different day, the board rewards their own kind handsomely….and you wonder why the income gap gets wider each day…...

How u know all of those who work in the organisation did not get any bonus? Maybe they also had a handsome bonus..

If they help them to expand the business so well, they are ought to be pay their dues of thanks. It think it is just a small percentage and it is for their work recognised. Nothing wrong with that..

Or you can dun look forward for more bonus if yr compnay does well.. and yr appraisal is good.. Rolling Eyes

everyone @ DBS got good bonuses this time round. my fren workng inside confirms it. oviosly, individual performance counts too.

for pte companies, there is no need to grudge on head honcho's pay. they r there to deliver upon a results. their commitment is to make money for the company, made suckers out of us to want to pay hard earned money for their goods services.
