my cousin went to see MP duno how many times end up also the same
thing.
his case was, he sold his 3 room flat bcos his wife could not get
along with their neighbour.. to the extent that both wana kill each
other, even took out the chopper.
so hdb knows that he got money in his cpf after selling the flat,
and said wat according to the law, he cannot rent a flat within 30
months (cant really remember) after selling his flat.
so in the end he got very bek check and was desperate for a place
to stay, so he bought a one room flat with all his cpf
money.
