peak altis for commute between sg and my...
His 250 K + saving can probably last him thru the twlights year
with wife without needing a cent from his kid....
His $$$ now can last a long way compared to if you live in Sg..
think its a wise move get to live in a place bigger than his HDB
flat and use cheap My petrol .... weekend car can drive in My no
restriction
He calculated he can last at least 30 years in style in My with his
$$$ ... if in Sg .... he saving can last him less than 3 years if
still live in his flat and need to take public transport
