Actually to increase the country pop - very simple. No need to
be a math genius. It only needs the govt to put aside
morality.
1) Allow for polygamy. At one time, many moons ago, LKY actually
said that he regretted legislating monogamy, as it prevents the
rich men from having more wives. And, therefore, dispersing more
wealth around.
2) We already allow for gambling why not a restricted sexual
resort? for married couple or couple above 23?
Instead of so many spa, wellness, relaxation, why not a resort
dedicated to procreation for married couple? Or resort for couples
above 23 to indulge in moderate sexual activity like watch porn
movies?
Some of you may laugh and say this is pure sin but seriously there
are medical reports of couple in Sg who don't know how to make
baby. I almost jumped out of my skin when I heard a medical report
of a couple who have been married for many years and thought that
baby comes by touching and kissing, and not by physical penatration
of the female's birth organ. Sg is that sterile that there are
couples who have no idea of the concept of procreation.
3) Have maids from China instead. Sure, sure way of increasing
pop.
