A contract killer hired by Aussie gangster Mario Condello
secretly recorded his meetings with Condello. He gave evidence
at Condellos committal on conspiracy to murder charges, but the
gangland boss was murder in February last year (2006)on the eve of
his trial.

police and now waiting to be hunted by gangsters!!
The worst is the Court help to kill the witness:
Once the case is finished, court files are open to the public more
often than not, even if the files contain the bank statements,
financial records, medical information, birthdates and addresses
that witnesses produced in court.
