It is possible that your camera’s CCD is
damaged or faulty, or you could have a spoilt lens
block/group/element, which results in artifacts like that. To
confirm it, try taking a picture of a blank wall with another
memory card, and if the problem persists, approach your camera
manufacturer’s service centre.
