if u do not have enough money, d50.

u can spend some cash buying different lenses.

Why not take a look at Canon too? I find the 350D a reasonable camera for a beginner too.

NsxBleam SG

i second to ur opinion too.... but still ARGHHHH still cant decide...

i've read that the reviews on canon 350D is not as good as nikon. dun get me wrong, i've not tried any of the cameras and its based on wat i've read. the nikon seems to produce better pics then the canon, and the auto focus is much faster too. correct me if i'm wrong... even my some frens suggest dat i get a nikon D50 or D70s. i'm torn between these too... arrrghhh Evil or Very Mad

NsxBleam SG

UandMe SG

have high speed SD card also mah. but u probably won't need such high speed if u're using D50.

NsxBleam SG

a fren of mine has just narrowed down my choice to D70s but do u think its wise for a beginner like me to get instead of D50?

UandMe SG

no, get D70s.

NsxBleam SG

thanks alot.. u have brought my decision even closer to D70s.. Very Happy

^tamago^ SG

kopiosatu SG

i'm aiming a medium format camera with digital back
