i think its based on interest... not age.
i can be older than u, but i'm not interested in cars, i take a
shot at her question. to you, it makes me look stupid for not
knowing.
u on the other hand can be younger, and u like cars.
she asks the question, u answer. that's based on you own knowledge
you attained through your interest, not your age.
