Cronulla happened because a sizeable Lebanese minoirty have gone
too far and refused to bother to even integrate, let alone keep
their own behavior in check. Look at their behavior on the beaches
and the way they behave towards women in particular, not to mention
having some extremist cleric who should be deported for failing to
respect basic rights of women to dress as they might.
The Cronulla incident was a powder keg waiting to explode. However,
in the midst of all that media driven sensationalism, there are
cases of people who cross racial lines to help stop the violence.
Let's focus on that rather than perennially harp on racism.
It's clear that someone here has an agenda and is seeking fuel to
answer his own hypothesis.
In other news, I would concur that we Asians get better service in
finer establishments Down Under. Sometimes it helps when you have
better purchasing power.
Well, then again, the same happens in Singapore. He who has the
biggest wallet might get more of a say.
