You can still find some of them here that are in pretty good
shape. I'm working on a 1985 model at the moment. I need to drop a
new engine in, and the guy who's doing it will port the head as
well. After that, I'll lose the twin carbs and put a 48mm Weber in
instead. Theoretically speaking, that should give me something in
the neighbourhood of 100Kw, and at a kerb weight of 845kg, it
should provide decent performance. The only problem is traction at
the moment - I suspect I'll have to muck about with the
suspension.
