Just out of curiousity, how will we define who is best and who
is not? What standards, if there is any, do we use to measure which
leader is the best?
Perhaps, sg's richest man is the "best" in making money. So is he
the "best" and should be placed in the highest place to lead sg? If
yes, how much are we willing to pay him, since he can easily make
much much more money by being a businessman?
Well said. History had proven that. The key responsiblity of a
leader is to have many loyal supporters. He/she achieve that by
doing what the members want, within his/her limits within the
legal, monetary, political, reward or punishment, etc system.
