play_n_play SG i think the info. may not be correct. actually, if u wanna get the us citizenship @ fastest speed (u cannot be more than 35? years old when u apply for the NS), u could take the NS (2 years) and once the NS is done, u will get the us citizenship.
will4 SG The policy on second generation PR still the same as they required to serve NS. It should not be changed. I also served NS as a PR but I still had not served my reservist.

I have no objection with making FTs serve some form of NS appropriate to their age, in the event that they wish to take up Singapore citizenship. But that will not apply to female PDMMs who wish to be citizens, unless we make it compulsory for our women to serve NS as well.
