This the trend that SG ELITES are developing.........................................

Ones who will not admit his or her fault....instead, they will find ways and means to push it to someone else!!!

I remember very well...........................My ex-boss was an quite a guy and well known in Parriyamon....YOU KNOW WHAT...................?

He told me to be as cunning as I could.......Even if it was my fault...I must learn how to twist and turn and better push it to someone else.

Does your ex-boss knows the world is round ?
What comes around, gets around.
Call it kama or retribution. Things have strange ways to get back at us if we cheat or lie.

Life may not be fair, but in death it could be payback time..

I think Durai and his former-gang knows better:

This month, they are in civil court for return of $12m that was allegedly misused by the former-board of NKF.

In Feb, Durai will under another: criminal corruption charge.
Sentencing can include imprisonment.

From CNA:
"After this civil case is over, Mr Durai will have to be present in court at the end February to face two criminal charges. During the three week trial, he will have to answer to charges under the Prevention of Corruption Act. He has been charged with intent to deceive NKF by submitting false documents. Other than Mr Durai, who is currently out on a $50,000 bail, Ms Chua, Mr Yong and Mr Loo also face criminal charges. - CNA /dt "

LinYu SG

clearly this is a civil case whereby "NEW NKF" is trying to get back the $12M from these people. wonder why CPIB/CAD is not taking any action as this is a clear cut case of "siphoning"

Yes, and as this is a civil case there will be no imprisonment even if Durai loses and cannot pay. CPIB will have to make its case of corruption in separate criminal proceedings. Your statement 'this is a clear cut case of "siphoning"' is inappropriate as the case is subjudice. He should be considered innocent till proven guilty in a court of law.

It's surprising how many Singaporeans do not believe in the principles of a fair trial and yet accuse the legal system of the lack of transparency.

Do u know the differance between Dogs and human beings???

Dogs hve a litter bit of brain just know how to pleased with the owner to survive and human beings have to use all their brain and hardwork to make a living???

Do u know who we r refering to???those Gods who commit crime and will be charged on 14 Feb 2007.

foomwee88 SG

Sometime, payback time dont need to haapen when in death.

I hve been cheated/fooled so many times and the bad guys would either went bankrupt or suffered from serious illness, I also cant explain why???

It is better speak with a clear conscious than tell lie!!!!

LinYu SG

how naive.... $$$ is power. if Durai wasn't as greedy, he would have got away again. when SPH wanted a out of court settlement, he refused. his biggest mistake taking on SPH (look at the backing) when he successfully sue all the other people

foomwee88 SG

U r rite! all this boil down to a word GREED!!

First class hotel rooms and first class airtickets while in overseas doing f business for NKF!!!! good life man!!!!

Sillyporeans!!!!all expenses paid by credit cards of NKF monthly on top of his salary etc at S$600k added up 2 be a million $ per year!!!!!our public $$$ fruk him!!!!!!!!!our fellow sporean working for their life also cant make it!!!!

Lowclassman SG

You think he was really doing his job in overseas?

I think he might be bonking women or gays as if there's no tomorrow!!! Mr. Green

ShutterBug SG

I don't know...

..I just feel that somehow, this is all just another wayang and these people will come away with just a few light slaps on their hands.

foomwee88 SG

NKF business is in Spore only why he had to spent S30,000 per month on credit card alone!!!!

Looking at his face making me cant sleep the whole day n 9!!!

Shamless Mr Durai!!!!!I dont know how his children face the reality in school and society.

I still can remember his daughter wrote a letter to PM Lee claiming her father working throughout the wee hours even on the last day in NKF, we are all know what he and his family members were doing on his last day of work is to destroy evdience of his crime!!!! Twisted Evil

av98m SG

If Durai does not get any jail time after his criminal trial(not yet started), then we will know for sure its a wayang. Laughing

Any amount that he is fined is irrelevant. I also don't care what happens to his cronies.

This whole case also shows that the so-called checks and balances our gahmen crows about do not work. Money is what's important.

Those few guys who made 'allegations' against the NKF, which we now know to be fact, had to give up apologise and pay damages because they did not have the financial resources to go against Durai and the NKF. If not for Durai's 'own goal' trying to sue SPH, people will still be paying to support the lifestyles of him and his cronies Laughing

Beyond Religion SG

I am sure this is not going to happen.

Mr Durai has really gone too far and really angered Singaporeans. He has taken advantage of the compassion of the general public, make a fool of their hard-earned contribution and taken them for a ride, all the while indulging in his self-gratification of luxury and splurging, and laughing himself to the bank.

The public simply cannot let him get away with just a few hand slaps.

foomwee88 SG

Yes,we cant let him go lightly!!!!

My daughter even be ashamed of this shti's act by just asking us to donate$ to NKF every month but this dog Mr Durai shows no remorse of his crime and lie that he was "working" hard for NKF!!!

We drove by his rented house at East Coast and saw no light within the house during hours of darkness!!!

kopikid SG

Did Durai run away?
i saw from newspaper :/

man its ridiculous..

they can stop dr chee n james gomez from leaving sg yet cant stop DURAI

I SMELL BIAS FUKEN GAHMEN GAY

T.Ryousuke SG

He plead guilty liao.

They treat our donation as profit! devil blood sucker.

ShutterBug SG

I ABSOLUTELY agree. Very well said!

Durai ought to have his kidneys removed, and be hooked up to a dialysis machine for life!!!!!
